License Agreement for Digital Assets by Sinisa Zec Studio

1. Definitions
For the purposes of this License:
“Assets” refer to all downloadable files provided by Sinisa Zec Studio, including but not limited to graphic design assets, Adobe Photoshop mockups, Photoshop templates, Adobe Lightroom presets, and any other creative work, whether available for free or for purchase.
“Licensee” refers to any individual or entity who downloads, accesses, or uses the Assets.
2. Permitted Uses
Sinisa Zec Studio grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
Use the Assets in personal projects.
Use the Assets in commercial projects, including for client work, advertisements, branding, product presentations, websites, and social media content.
Modify, adapt, or combine the Assets with other content to suit project requirements.
Use the Assets in unlimited projects, without limitation on the number of uses or impressions.
Use the Assets without attribution, unless voluntarily offered.
3. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may not, under any circumstances:
Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Assets in their original or modified form.
Upload or distribute the Assets on any marketplace, stock asset site, or third-party download repository.
Host the Assets directly for download (e.g., through Google Drive or private hosting), whether as-is or bundled, including on aggregator websites or forums.
Use the Assets in apps, AI training datasets, automated design generators, or platforms that allow end-users to access, modify, or export derivative works.
Include the Assets in design templates for resale (e.g., Canva templates, website templates, presentation kits).
4. Redistribution & Linking Policy
Licensees and third parties are permitted to feature the Assets on blogs, portfolios, roundup articles, and curated lists, provided that:

https://sinisazec.comDirect hosting or mirroring of the files is strictly forbidden.
Use of the Assets to generate ad revenue through indirect downloads (e.g., via embedded downloaders or third-party hosting) is a violation of this license.
5. Ownership and Rights
All Assets remain the intellectual property of Sinisa Zec and Sinisa Zec Studio. This license does not grant ownership of the Assets. The Licensee may not claim copyright, authorship, or proprietary rights over the Assets in any form.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Assets are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Sinisa Zec Studio does not guarantee compatibility, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Licensee assumes all responsibility for use.
7. Termination
This license is terminated automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Assets and destroy any copies in their possession.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tuzla.
